# Audit Reminder

Keep tasks on track with timely audit reminders.

Use the **Audi Reminder** module to monitor pending audits and send timely notifications to responsible users, ensuring follow-through on assigned tasks.

## Managing Pending Audits

Follow the steps below to monitor pending audits and send timely notifications to responsible users.

### Filtering Audits

Use the **Search Panel** to filter the audits shown in the grid. You can filter by:

* **Audit ID:** Enter the unique identifier for the audit.
* **Lead Auditor:** Select the user responsible for leading the audit.
* **Scheduled Start Date:** Select the start date for scheduling the audit.
* **Execution Date:** Select the date on which the audit is executed.

#### Actions:

* **Filter:** Click to apply your criteria and update the grid with matching results.
* **Clear Filter:** Click to remove all filters and restore the full list of audits.

### Sending Reminders

Follow these steps to notify users about audits requiring action:

* **Select Requests**
  * In the grid, check the **Select** box next to each audit you want to send a reminder for.
  * Click **Save Changes** or click outside the grid to save your selections.
    * To cancel, click **Discard Changes**.
* **Send Reminders**
  * Click **Send Email Reminder** to notify the responsible users.
    * A confirmation message will appear above the grid once reminders have been sent.
    * Each reminder is sent to the assigned owner of the selected audit and includes:
      * Key details about the audit
      * A reminder of the due date (whether upcoming or overdue)

If an audit no longer has an associated task, the system will block the reminder and display an informational message to prevent outdated or invalid notifications.
