# Review BIA

Review a completed BIA and determine whether to approve or reject it.

## Accessing the Task <a href="#accessing-the-task" id="accessing-the-task"></a>

The **Review BIA** task can be accessed through any of the following:

* The **To Do** module.
* The **direct link** provided in the email notification.

## Completing the Task <a href="#completing-the-task" id="completing-the-task"></a>

Once the **Business Impact Analysis** (**BIA**) is completed, review the assessment to ensure the information is accurate, complete, and suitable for approval.

#### Saving Your Work

To save progress without submitting, click **Save** in the top-right corner of the panel.

### Review BIA

Review the completed BIA to ensure the assessment is accurate, complete, and aligned with the business process. Consider the following:

### Review Summary & Provide Feedback

Review the overall BIA scores to understand the assessment results, then provide any additional comments or feedback in the rich text field.

### Finalize Review

From the **Task Resolution** dropdown, select one of the following actions:

* **Approve**

  Approve the BIA, concluding the workflow.

If the approved BIA meets the configured criteria for inclusion in operational plans, it becomes available in the **Business Impact Analysis** tab when creating a **Business Continuity Plan** (**BCP**), **Disaster Recovery Plan** (**DRP**), or **Crisis Management Plan** (**CMP**).

* **Reject**

  Return the BIA to the assigned analyst for revisions or additional information.

Once changes are made, the analyst can resubmit the BIA for further review.
