# Affecter les auditeurs

Affectez ou mettez à jour les auditeurs.

## Accéder à la tâche <a href="#accessing-the-task" id="accessing-the-task"></a>

Accédez à la tâche **Affecter les auditeurs** par l’un des moyens suivants :

* Le module **Liste de tâches**.
* Le **panneau de notifications** via la **cloche de notifications**.
* Le **lien direct** fourni dans la notification par e-mail.

## Terminer la tâche

Après réception de la notification, examinez les affectations existantes. Affectez ou mettez ensuite à jour les auditeurs pour chaque exigence.

Pour enregistrer votre progression sans soumettre, cliquez sur **Enregistrer** dans le coin supérieur droit du panneau.

### Examiner le contexte d’audit

Avant de poursuivre, examinez les détails de l’audit, notamment :

* La programmation de l’audit.
* Les participants affectés.
* Les auditeurs.

### Affecter les auditeurs aux exigences

Utilisez la colonne **Auditeur** pour affecter ou mettre à jour l’auditeur de chaque exigence.

Cliquez sur **Enregistrer les modifications** ou hors de la grille pour appliquer les mises à jour. Pour annuler, cliquez sur **Annuler les modifications**.

### Soumettre les auditeurs

Dans la liste déroulante **Résolution de la tâche**, sélectionnez **Soumettre les auditeurs**, puis cliquez sur **Soumettre**.
