# Générer un modèle

Créez et téléchargez des documents à partir des données d’un formulaire.

Certains formulaires prennent en charge la génération de modèles, ce qui vous permet de télécharger ou de prévisualiser des documents en fonction du contenu du formulaire.

#### <i class="fa-circle-plus">:circle-plus:</i>  Générer un modèle

1. Cliquez sur le bouton **Exporter** situé dans le coin supérieur droit du formulaire.
2. Dans le menu déroulant, sélectionnez l’une des options disponibles :
   * **Word** – Télécharge un document Word (.docx).
   * **PDF** – Télécharge un fichier PDF (.pdf).
   * **PDF (Aperçu)** – Ouvre un aperçu PDF dans un nouvel onglet du navigateur.

#### Disponibilité des modèles

* Seuls les formats de modèle activés pour le formulaire apparaissent dans le menu déroulant.
* Si le bouton **Exporter** n’est pas visible, la génération de modèles n’est pas disponible pour ce formulaire.
