# Phase 1 Limitations

### What Can You Do in Phase 1?

In this initial release of IMS, the **Library** is designed primarily for viewing and navigation. As an end-user, you can:

* Browse, search, and filter available documentation
* Explore object relationships using the hierarchical tree view
* Access and review object details
* View and interact with process maps (process diagrams)
* Download documents for reference or offline use

> :warning:  **Note:**
>
> At this stage, advanced functions—such as content creation, editing, publishing, and workflow configuration—are still managed in the **Enterprise Process Center** (**EPC**). 
>
> **However:**
>
> * IMS automatically synchronizes with EPC, ensuring you always have access to the latest content. 
> * Additionally, any tasks assigned to you in EPC will appear in the IMS [**To Do**](/interfacing-help-files/interfacing-help-files-fr/end-users/to-do.md) module, keeping your responsibilities visible and actionable across both platforms.
