# Gestion des tâches (applications)

## Présentation

L’application **Gestion des tâches** est une solution structurée, basée sur des flux de travail. Elle gère les tâches dans toute l’organisation. Elle couvre le cycle complet, de la création à la clôture.

Toutes les tâches sont consignées, attribuées et suivies dans un système centralisé. Ce système assure visibilité, responsabilité et conformité aux normes organisationnelles.

## Prérequis de l’application

Avant d’utiliser l’application **Gestion des tâches**, les administrateurs doivent configurer les paramètres suivants :

## Accès à l’application

Pour accéder à l’application **Gestion des tâches** :

1. Sélectionnez la vignette **Applications** dans la barre latérale.
2. Sur la page **Applications**, effectuez l’une des actions suivantes :
   * Développez **Gestion des tâches** dans l’arborescence.
   * Accédez à la section **Gestion des tâches** dans la galerie d’applications.
