# Training History Report

View completed trainings and historical training records.

Use the **Training History Report** module to access comprehensive records of completed trainings, including participation details, evaluation results, and supporting documentation.

## Working with Training History

Follow the steps below to search, filter, and review historical trainings records.

### Filtering Trainings

Use the **Search Panel** to filter the trainings shown in the grid. You can filter by:

* **Training Name:** Enter the full or partial name of the training.
* **Start Date:** Select the date the training began.

#### Actions:

* **Filter:** Click to apply your criteria and update the grid with matching results.
* **Clear Filter:** Click to remove all filters and restore the full list of trainings.

### Viewing Trainings

To open a specific training, click the **View** ( <i class="fa-eye">:eye:</i> ) icon next to it.

* The training opens in read-only mode, where you can:
  * Review all details
