# Training Reminder

Keep tasks on track with timely training reminders.

Use the **Training Instance Reminder** module to monitor pending trainings and send timely notifications to responsible users, ensuring follow-through on assigned tasks.

### Filtering Trainings

Use the **Search Panel** to filter the trainings shown in the grid. You can filter by:

* **Due Date:** Select the deadline for the training.
* **Training Name:** Enter the full or partial name of the training.

#### **Actions:**

* **Filter:** Click to apply your criteria and update the grid with matching results.
* **Clear Filter:** Click to remove all filters and restore the full list of requests.

### Sending Reminders

Follow these steps to notify users about trainings requiring action:

* **Select Requests**
  * In the grid, check the **Select** box next to each training you want to send a reminder for.
  * Click **Save Changes** or click outside the grid to save your selections.
    * To cancel, click **Discard Changes**.
* **Send Reminders**
  * Click **Send Email Reminder** to notify the responsible users.
    * A confirmation message will appear above the grid once reminders have been sent.
    * Each reminder is sent to the assigned trainee(s) for the selected training and includes:
      * Key details about the training
      * A reminder of the due date (whether upcoming or overdue)

If a training no longer has an associated task, the system will block the reminder and display an informational message to prevent outdated or invalid notifications.
