# Action Item List

Browse and filter all submitted action items across the organization.

Use the **Action Item List** module to view and manage all submitted action items, whether they are in the approval cycle or already approved.

## Viewing Action Items

Follow the steps below to locate and review action items efficiently.

### Filtering Action Items

Use the **Search Panel** to filter the actions shown in the grid. You can filter by:

* **Action ID:** Enter the unique identifier for the action.
* **Action Name:** Enter the full or partial name of the action.
* **Action Item Owner:** Select the user responsible for executing the action.
* **Priority:** Select the level of importance or urgency.
* **Status:** Select the current status of the action.
* **Type:** Select the classification that best reflects the action’s purpose.
* **Action Type:** Select the context in which the action takes place.
* **Category:** Select the classification used to group similar actions for reporting and analysis.

#### Actions:

* **Filter:** Click to apply your criteria and update the grid with matching results.
* **Clear Filter:** Click to remove all filters and restore the full list of actions.

### Accessing Action Items

* The action opens in read-only mode, where you can:
  * Review all details
  * [View or download attached templates](/interfacing-help-files/end-users/exploring-apps/working-with-forms/generating-templates.md)
