# CAPA Reminder

Keep tasks on track with timely CAPA reminders.

Use the **CAPA Reminder** module to monitor pending CAPAs and send timely notifications to responsible users, ensuring follow-through on assigned tasks.

## Managing Pending CAPAs

Follow the steps below to monitor pending CAPAs and send timely notifications to responsible users.

### Filtering CAPAs

Use the **Search Panel** to filter the CAPAs shown in the grid. You can filter by:

* **CAPA ID:** Enter the unique identifier for the report.
* **CAPA Name:** Enter the full or partial name of the report.
* **Event Type:** Select the classification of the event.
* **Business Division:** Select the primary functional unit associated with the CAPA.
* **Business Line:** Select the specialized unit within the selected division.

#### Actions:

* **Filter:** Click to apply your criteria and update the grid with matching results.
* **Clear Filter:** Click to remove all filters and restore the full list of events.

### Sending Reminders

Follow these steps to notify users about CAPAs requiring action:

* **Select Reports**
  * In the grid, check the **Select** box next to each CAPA you want to send a reminder for.
  * Click **Save Changes** or click outside the grid to save your selections.
    * To cancel, click **Discard Changes**.
* **Send Reminders**
  * Click **Send Email Reminder** to notify the responsible users.
    * A confirmation message will appear above the grid once reminders have been sent.
    * Each reminder is sent to the assigned owner of the selected CAPA and includes:
      * Key details about the CAPA
      * A reminder of the due date (whether upcoming or overdue)

If a CAPA no longer has an associated task, the system will block the reminder and display an informational message to prevent outdated or invalid notifications.
