### Review Quality Event

Carefully review the quality event report, considering the following:

<table data-card-size="large" data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>✅ <strong>Clarity &#x26; Accuracy</strong></td><td>Is the event clearly documented, factually accurate, and relevant to operations, compliance, or quality improvement?</td></tr><tr><td>✅ <strong>Classification</strong></td><td>Does the report correctly classify the event, reflecting its true nature, significance, and impact?</td></tr><tr><td>✅ <strong>Context &#x26; Related Elements</strong></td><td>Are the organizational context and related elements accurately identified and relevant to the event?</td></tr><tr><td>✅ <strong>Actions</strong></td><td>If actions are proposed, are they appropriate, effective, and measurable?</td></tr></tbody></table>

{% hint style="info" %}
Most fields in this section are **read-only**. Editable fields function the same as in the [**New Quality Event**](/interfacing-help-files/quality-managers/quality-event-application/creating-and-managing-quality-events/create-new-quality-event.md) form.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" icon="lightbulb" %}

* **Send for Modification**

  Return the report to its creator for revisions or additional information.

  → Next Step: [Modify Quality Event](/interfacing-help-files/quality-managers/quality-event-application/creating-and-managing-quality-events/modify-quality-event.md)

{% hint style="info" %}
Once changes are made, the creator can resubmit the report for further review.
{% endhint %}

* **Gather More Details, Associate Risk(s), and Create Action(s)**

  Submit the issue for further investigation.

  → Next Step: [Gather Details](/interfacing-help-files/quality-managers/quality-event-application/creating-and-managing-quality-events/gather-details.md)
* **Correct Issue Immediately (No Actions)**

  Submit the issue for immediate containment or correction (without formal actions).

  → Next Step: [Contain / Correct Issue](/interfacing-help-files/quality-managers/quality-event-application/creating-and-managing-quality-events/contain-correct-issue.md)

{% hint style="info" %}
Use this option when urgent intervention is required to prevent further impact.

* Follow-up investigation or corrective actions may be initiated later, if needed.
  {% endhint %}

* **Correct Issue Immediately with Actions**

  Submit the issue for immediate correction through defined actions.

  → Next Step: [Execute Action](/interfacing-help-files/quality-managers/quality-event-application/creating-and-managing-quality-events/execute-action-s.md)

{% hint style="warning" %}
At least **one** action must be defined for execution to proceed; otherwise, the event is closed automatically.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://interfacing.gitbook.io/interfacing-help-files/quality-managers/quality-event-application/creating-and-managing-quality-events/review-issue.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
