It supports the full lifecycle of a supplier, from registration and qualification through approval and ongoing reassessment. {% hint style="info" %} All \[...] in a centralized system, ensuring visibility, accountability, and compliance with organizational standards. {% endhint %} *** ## Application Prerequisites Before users can work with the **Supplier** application, administrators must configure the following settings:

General Settings

**Location** Define geographical or operational locations relevant to your organization. Define geographical or operational locations available for identifying a supplier's primary business location.

Product & Supplier Settings

**Importance to Supply Chain** Define supply chain importance levels used to classify products and equipment. Define impact ratings used to classify a supplier's importance to organizational operations. **Documents & Supplier Types** Define supplier types and link required documents. Define supplier types and document requirements, including the documents required for each supplier type.

Product(s) / Equipment Application

**Product /** **Equipment** Define products relevant to your organization.

Select the **Apps** tile in the side navigation bar. 2. On the **Apps** page, either: * Expand **Supplier** in the navigation tree, or * Navigate to the **Supplier** section in the application gallery.

New Supplier	Use this module to create and submit a new [...] for review and processing. Use this module to request the registration and assessment of a new supplier.
Supplier Reassessment	Use this module to initiate an assessment or review for a previously approved supplier. Use this module to manually initiate the reassessment of an approved supplier.
Supplier List	Use this module to view all submitted [...], tracking progress through the workflow. Use this module to view, monitor, and manage submitted supplier requests and reassessments throughout the workflow.
Supplier Contract List	Use this module to [...]. Use this module to monitor supplier contracts and expiry dates and send reminders for contracts nearing expiry.
